U.S. Supreme Court hears argument in FDCPA case

The U.S. Supreme Court heard oral argument yesterday in an FDCPA case (something that hasn't happened since 1995). The transcript from the argument in Jerman v. Carlisle, McNellie, Rini, Kramer, & Ulrich LPA is now available online. The folks at SCOTUS blog have a great run down of the history of the case to date.
